11U VA Fury Platinum - Williams is a regional travel team focused on next level player development, building and refining softball IQ, and competing at the highest level every time we hit the field. VA Fury Platinum - Williams is coached by former D1 Softball standouts Heather Williams and Pam Dooley who have more than 35 years of coaching experience combined at all levels of the game. Heather and Pam are focused on total player development, ensuring that their players value the game, play with toughness and hustle, and respect themselves, their teammates, opponents, and umpires at all times. Recognizing that youth players grow and change as they mature, Heather and Pam ensure that their players are prepared with the knowledge and exposure across multiple positions to be effective later in their careers. Heather and Pam also leverage their access to high school players who are competing at the highest levels in their age bracket to mentor the 12U team and provide positive, relatable role models both on and off the field.
